About this Programme
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) helps Singapore companies improve their productivity and automate existing processes through IT solutions and equipment.
- Up to 50% of eligible costs for local SMEs Receive up to $30,000 and improve your business productivity.
- Sector-specific and generic solutions Get support for sector-specific and generic solutions that are pre-approved by EnterpriseSG and other participating agencies.
Eligibility
- Business entity registered and operating in Singapore
- Company has at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership
- Company has a Group Annual Sales Turnover not exceeding S$100 million OR a Group employment size not exceeding 200 employees
- IT solutions or equipment that are purchased, leased, or subscribed to must be used in Singapore
- Company does not fall under these categories
- Charities, Institutions of Public Characters (IPCs), Religious Entities, Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO), Government agencies and subsidiaries, and societies cannot apply for this grant.
SMEs can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria:
- Registered and operating in Singapore
- Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore
- Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding; with Company’s Group annual sales turnover less than S$100 million, OR less than 200 employees (for selected solutions only)
How to apply
Identify Suitable Solutions
- Assess your business needs and choose energy-efficient solutions that align with your goals.
- Visit GoBusiness Gov Assist to explore the list of adoptable solutions and select one that fits your requirements.
Obtain Direct Quotations
- IT Solutions: Request a quotation from a pre-approved vendor.
- Equipment: Identify the equipment you need and obtain a quotation from the vendor.
- Consultancy Services: Approach a pre-approved consultant for a quotation.
Note: Only the actual purchase or hire cost of the pre-approved solution is supported. Administrative charges such as delivery or installation fees are excluded. Also, beware of application fees—schemes by Enterprise Singapore do not require such charges. Fees quoted by external firms for grant applications are not endorsed by the government.
Submit Your Application on the Business Grants Portal (BGP)
- Log in to the BGP portal using your Corppass account. If you don’t have one, sign up and use the available guides for assistance:
- Prepare the necessary documents and information, as outlined in the PSG Application Checklist, before submitting your application.
Application Process and Timeline
- Submit your application through the portal and await updates.
- Applications typically take about 6 weeks to process, provided all required information is submitted correctly.
Important: Applications must be submitted directly by the company. Third-party companies are not authorized to apply or manage grants on behalf of applicants.
